Commercial Architect

As a Commercial Architect, you will be responsible for designing and overseeing the construction of commercial buildings and spaces. Your main duties will include creating architectural plans and blueprints, collaborating with clients to understand their requirements, and coordinating with contractors and engineers to ensure successful project completion. You will also be responsible for managing project budgets, timelines, and ensuring compliance with building codes and regulations.

To excel in this role, you must have a Bachelor's degree in Architecture or a related field, along with at least 3 years of experience in commercial architecture. Knowledge of AutoCAD and other design software is essential. Excellent communication skills are also required to effectively collaborate with clients, contractors, and other team members.

This position is based in the bustling city of Shan, where you will have the opportunity to work on a variety of exciting commercial projects. The salary for this role is $1400 per month.
