Game Developer

We are hiring a talented Game Developer to join our team in Alta, Norway on a part-time basis. As a Game Developer, you will be responsible for designing, developing and maintaining video games for various platforms. You must have a passion for gaming and experience with game development software such as Unity or Unreal Engine. Visa sponsorship is available for international candidates. This is a great opportunity for someone looking to gain experience in the gaming industry and contribute to the creation of fun and engaging games. The salary for this position is 1600$ per month.

As a Game Developer, your responsibilities will include:

- Collaborating with the game design team to create and implement game mechanics, gameplay features, and user interfaces
- Writing clean, efficient code in C++, C#, or other programming languages
- Debugging and troubleshooting any technical issues that arise during development
- Testing and optimizing games for different platforms, including desktop, mobile, and console
- Staying up-to-date with industry trends and advancements in game development technology
- Contributing ideas to improve game quality and user experience

Requirements:

- A passion for video games and knowledge of different gaming genres
- Experience with game development software such as Unity or Unreal Engine
- Proficiency in programming languages such as C++, C#, Java or JavaScript
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
- Excellent communication skills in English (Norwegian language skills are a plus)
- Must be eligible for visa sponsorship if not already located in Norway
