Junior Commercial Architect


We are in search of a highly motivated and talented Junior Commercial Architect to join our team in Khanpur. As a Junior Commercial Architect, you will be responsible for assisting our senior architects in designing and planning commercial buildings and spaces. This is a part-time position suitable for freshers without prior experience.

Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with senior architects to develop design concepts for commercial projects
- Create detailed 2D and 3D drawings using software such as AutoCAD and SketchUp
- Conduct site visits and gather necessary information for project planning
- Research building codes, regulations, and materials to ensure compliance with standards
- Assist in preparing presentations and proposals for clients

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Architecture or a related field
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp, and other architectural software
- Strong attention to detail and ability to work under tight deadlines
- Good communication skills and ability to work well in a team environment
- Prior experience in commercial architecture is preferred but not required

Salary:
The salary for this position is 1200$ per month.
