We are seeking a dynamic and driven Sales Manager to join our team in Khasab. As a Sales Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the sales team and driving revenue growth. Your main duties will include developing sales strategies, setting sales targets, and training and motivating sales representatives.

Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve company goals
- Set sales targets for the team and monitor performance
- Identify new opportunities for business growth and expansion
- Train, mentor, and motivate the sales team to achieve their targets
- Build strong relationships with clients to ensure customer satisfaction
- Analyze market trends and competitor activity to stay ahead of the competition
- Prepare sales reports and forecasts for management review

Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Sales Manager or in a similar role
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and leadership skills
- Ability to analyze data and make informed decisions based on market trends
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing or related field (MBA preferred)
- Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite
