Sales Manager for Khasab Tourism Company
Our company, a leading tourism company in Khasab, is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Sales Manager to join our team. As a Sales Manager, you will be responsible for driving sales and revenue growth through strategic planning, customer relationship management, and team leadership.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve company goals
- Identify new business opportunities and build strong relationships with potential clients
- Manage the sales team and provide guidance and support to ensure targets are met
- Conduct market research and monitor industry trends to stay ahead of competition
- Prepare sales reports and forecasts for management review
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure smooth operations and customer satisfaction
- Represent the company at trade shows, conferences, and other networking events
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing or related field
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in sales, preferably in the tourism industry
- Strong leadership skills with proven ability to motivate and manage a team
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Knowledge of market trends, customer needs, and competitive landscape
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software
- Fluency in English is required; knowledge of Arabic or Urdu is a plus
