Entry-Level Barista

As an entry-level barista, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service while preparing and serving various coffee beverages. You will be trained on all aspects of the coffee brewing process, including grinding beans, pulling shots, steaming milk, and creating latte art. You will also be responsible for maintaining a clean and organized work environment.

Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent (12 pass)
- No prior experience required
- Basic knowledge of coffee and espresso machines preferred
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Attention to detail and ability to follow recipes accurately

Responsibilities:
- Welcome customers in a friendly and professional manner
- Take orders and prepare drinks according to customer preferences
- Utilize knowledge of various coffee beans to guide customers in their selection
- Maintain cleanliness of work area, including equipment, counters, and seating areas
- Restock supplies as needed throughout the shift
- Follow health codes and safety procedures at all times

Salary: $1600 per month

Location: Dar Kulaib, Bahrain (accommodation provided)
