Responsibilities:
- Assisting in the preparation, design, and creation of floral arrangements
- Maintaining a clean and organized work area
- Ensuring all flowers and materials are properly stocked and stored
- Providing excellent customer service by assisting clients with their floral needs
- Participating in the delivery and setup of floral displays for events and weddings
- Learning about different types of flowers and their care instructions
- Supporting senior florists with day-to-day tasks as needed

Requirements:
- Passion for working with flowers and creating beautiful arrangements
- Basic knowledge of different types of flowers, color schemes, and design techniques preferred
- Excellent attention to detail and ability to follow instructions carefully
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
- Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment
- Must be physically fit as the job may involve lifting heavy objects or standing for long periods of time
