Land Surveyor

As a Land Surveyor, you will be responsible for conducting precise measurements and mapping of land areas using specialized equipment and techniques. You will work closely with engineers, architects, and other professionals to provide accurate data for construction and development projects. This position requires strong analytical and problem-solving skills, as well as excellent attention to detail.

Responsibilities:
- Conduct surveys of land areas using surveying instruments such as GPS, total stations, and digital levels
- Prepare accurate maps and reports based on survey data
- Collaborate with engineers, architects, and other professionals to determine project requirements
- Analyze survey data to identify potential problems or conflicts
- Ensure compliance with local regulations and laws related to land use and development
- Maintain accurate records of survey data and equipment usage
- Communicate with clients to provide updates on project progress

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Surveying or related field
- Previous experience as a Land Surveyor preferred
- Strong proficiency in using surveying instruments and software
- Knowledge of local regulations and laws related to land use and development
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment

Location: Albena, Bulgaria (preference for Indian nationals)

Salary: $1400 per month (negotiable based on experience)
