A reputable construction company in Albena is seeking an experienced Surveyor to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in surveying and be able to work independently as well as collaboratively with other team members. This position will require the candidate to work on various construction projects in and around the city of Albena.

Responsibilities:
- Conduct topographic surveys, boundary surveys, and construction staking
- Prepare and review survey data, calculations, and reports
- Utilize various surveying equipment such as total stations, GPS receivers, and digital levels
- Communicate effectively with project managers, engineers, and other team members
- Ensure that all survey work is completed accurately and within project timelines
- Maintain accurate records of all survey data and related documentation
- Adhere to all safety protocols while working on job sites

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Surveying or related field preferred
- Minimum of 3 years experience working as a Surveyor in the construction industry
- Proficient in using various surveying equipment and software
- Strong understanding of land measurements, boundaries, and legal procedures
- Excellent communication skills and ability to work well within a team environment
- Attention to detail and ability to accurately record data
- Prior experience working on construction projects is preferred
- Must be able to work outdoors in varying weather conditions
