Computer Systems Analyst

We are hiring a Computer Systems Analyst to join our growing team in Siauliai, Lithuania. As a Computer Systems Analyst, you will be responsible for analyzing and evaluating computer systems and processes within our organization to ensure they are operating efficiently and effectively.

Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with IT teams and business stakeholders to understand system requirements
- Analyze current systems and processes to identify areas for improvement
- Develop solutions and recommendations to optimize systems and processes
- Create detailed documentation of system specifications, workflows, and procedures
- Test new systems or modifications to existing ones to ensure functionality and accuracy
- Train users on new systems or processes as needed
- Provide technical support and troubleshooting for system issues
- Stay up-to-date on emerging technologies and industry trends

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field
- Proven experience as a Computer Systems Analyst or similar role
- In-depth knowledge of software development processes, database management, and network security protocols
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate technical information into non-technical terms
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills
- Detail-oriented with strong problem-solving abilities

Salary: 1200$ per month (negotiable based on experience)

Location: Siauliai, Lithuania (no relocation assistance provided)

Employment Type: Part-time (20 hours per week)

Preference: Indian candidates with fluency in English preferred. Freshers are welcome.
