Warehouse Associate



Position: Warehouse Associate
Salary: $1700/month
Location: Eldoret, Kenya (open to all nationalities)

We are currently hiring a Warehouse Associate for our busy warehouse in Eldoret. The ideal candidate will have previous experience working in a warehouse environment and be physically fit to handle the demands of the job. No English language skills are required for this position.

Responsibilities:
- Receive, unload, and store incoming inventory items in designated areas
- Check received goods against purchase orders or invoices for accuracy and damages
- Pick and pack orders accurately and efficiently
- Load outgoing shipments onto trucks or containers
- Maintain accurate inventory records using computer systems and/or manual logs
- Keep warehouse clean and organized at all times
- Follow all safety protocols to ensure a safe working environment

Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent education
- At least 1 year of experience in a warehouse setting preferred
- Physically fit and able to lift heavy objects (up to 50 lbs)
- Basic computer skills and ability to work with inventory management systems
- Attention to detail and ability to follow instructions accurately
- Excellent time management skills and ability to work quickly under pressure
