As an Industrial Architect, you will be responsible for designing and planning industrial buildings and structures. Responsibilities:
- Conduct site visits and analyze existing structures to determine feasibility of new projects
- Develop design concepts and create detailed drawings using CAD software
- Collaborate with engineers, contractors, and clients to ensure project goals are met within budget and timeline
- Conduct research on materials, building systems, and construction techniques to ensure the best solution for each project
- Prepare project proposals, budgets, and schedules
- Review construction plans to ensure compliance with building codes and regulations

Requirements:
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Architecture or a related field
- Proven experience as an Industrial Architect with a strong portfolio of completed projects
- Proficient in using CAD software
- Knowledge of building codes, regulations, and sustainability principles
- Excellent communication skills to work effectively with clients, contractors, engineers, etc.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
