We are currently seeking an experienced Plasterer to join our team in Jerusalem. As a Plasterer, you will be responsible for preparing surfaces, mixing and applying plaster, and ensuring a smooth and even finish. This role requires attention to detail and the ability to work with various tools and materials.

Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare surfaces by cleaning, sanding, and filling in cracks or holes
- Mix plaster according to specifications and apply it smoothly and evenly
- Use tools such as trowels, brushes, and sprayers to achieve desired finish
- Repair any imperfections or damages on existing plaster surfaces
- Follow safety guidelines and wear protective gear at all times

Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Plasterer or similar role
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Attention to detail and high quality standards
- Physical stamina to stand for long periods of time and lift heavy materials if necessary
- Knowledge of different types of plaster materials and their application techniques
- Good communication skills in order to understand project requirements
- Valid work permit for Jerusalem (visa sponsorship available)
