A reputable construction company in Jerusalem is seeking a skilled and experienced Plasterer to join our team. As a Plasterer, you will be responsible for applying plaster and other materials to various surfaces such as walls, ceilings, and partitions.

Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare surfaces for plastering by cleaning, sanding, and filling cracks or holes
- Mix and apply plaster or other materials to desired thickness and texture
- Smooth out imperfections and ensure even coverage
- Use hand tools and equipment such as trowels, brushes, and spray guns
- Apply finishing coats of paint or sealant to protect the plastering work
- Follow safety procedures at all times to prevent accidents or injuries

Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Plasterer in a construction setting
- In-depth knowledge of different types of plaster materials and techniques
- Ability to read blueprints and follow instructions accurately
- Excellent attention to detail and manual dexterity
- Physically fit with the ability to stand for long periods of time and lift heavy objects
- Strong work ethic with the ability to work independently or as part of a team
