We are hiring a skilled Welder to join our team in Sheduva, Lithuania. As a Welder, you will be responsible for fabricating and repairing metal structures and equipment using various welding techniques. This is a full-time position with a salary of 900$ per month.

Responsibilities:
- Read and interpret blueprints, technical drawings, and other specifications to determine the appropriate welding methods
- Prepare materials for welding by cleaning, cutting, or shaping them using hand or power tools
- Operate manual or semi-automatic welding equipment to fuse metal pieces together
- Monitor the welding process to ensure quality and accuracy
- Inspect completed welds for defects and make necessary repairs
- Maintain equipment and work area in a safe, clean, and organized manner
- Collaborate with team members to complete projects on time

Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent; vocational training in welding is preferred
- Proven experience as a Welder or similar role
- Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and blueprints
- Proficient in various welding techniques such as MIG, TIG, ARC, etc.
- Strong attention to detail with the ability to produce clean welds
- Physical stamina to stand for long periods of time and perform repetitive tasks
- Knowledge of safety procedures and practices when handling hot materials or working in hazardous environments
