Crane Operator

We are hiring a skilled and experienced Crane Operator to join our team in Las Vegas. As a Crane Operator, you will be responsible for operating and maintaining various types of cranes to lift, move, and position materials on construction sites. This is a physically demanding role that requires attention to detail and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities:
- Operate and maintain various types of cranes, including mobile, tower, and overhead cranes
- Inspect equipment before use to ensure safety and report any defects or malfunctions
- Maneuver crane into position by following signals from ground crew or using hand signals
- Lift, move, and position materials according to project specifications
- Monitor load weight and make adjustments as necessary
- Work closely with other crew members to ensure safe operation of the crane
- Perform routine maintenance on equipment as needed
- Comply with all safety regulations and protocols

Requirements:
- Valid certification as a Crane Operator
- Minimum of 2 years of experience operating cranes in a construction setting
- Physically fit and able to handle heavy lifting and long hours on the job site
- Attention to detail and ability to follow instructions accurately
- Excellent hand-eye coordination and spatial awareness
- Strong communication skills and ability to work well with others in a team environment

Salary: $1000 per week + benefits

Location: Las Vegas (preference for Indian candidates)

Language Requirement: English (basic proficiency required)

Experience Requirement: None required (training will be provided)
