Excavator Operator



Monte-Carlo Construction Company is seeking an experienced and skilled Excavator Operator to join our team. The ideal candidate will have at least 2 years of experience operating heavy equipment, specifically excavators. This is a full-time position with a salary of $1800 per month.

Responsibilities:
- Operate excavator to dig trenches, foundations, and other designated areas according to project plans
- Load and unload materials using excavator
- Perform routine maintenance on equipment to ensure proper functioning
- Follow safety protocols and maintain a safe work environment
- Communicate with team members and supervisors regarding project progress
- Adhere to project timelines and deadlines

Requirements:
- Minimum of 2 years of experience operating excavators or other heavy equipment
- Valid operator's license for excavator operation
- Basic knowledge of construction techniques and procedures
- Physically fit and able to handle heavy machinery for long periods of time
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing project needs
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
- Attention to detail and strong problem-solving abilities

Preferred:
- Relevant certification or training in heavy equipment operation
- Experience working on construction sites in a team environment
