Land Surveyor
As a Land Surveyor, you will be responsible for measuring and mapping the Earth's surface to determine precise locations and boundaries of land, buildings, and other structures. This role requires a keen eye for detail, strong analytical skills, and the ability to work outdoors in varying weather conditions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct land surveys using specialized equipment such as GPS receivers and robotic total stations
- Analyze survey data to create maps and reports
- Verify accuracy of survey data and ensure compliance with legal requirements
- Collaborate with engineers, architects, and construction teams to provide accurate information for project planning and design
- Conduct field research to gather data on land features, property boundaries, and topography
- Prepare detailed sketches, maps, and reports using computer-aided design (CAD) software
- Use surveying techniques to establish reference points and markers on construction sites
- Maintain survey equipment in good working condition
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Surveying or related field preferred
- Minimum of 2 years experience in land surveying
- Strong knowledge of surveying principles, techniques, equipment, and software
- Ability to read blueprints and understand legal descriptions
- Proficient in using CAD software
- Excellent math skills
- Physical stamina to work outdoors for extended periods of time
- Attention to detail with a high level of accuracy
Salary: $1200 per month
Location: Monte-Carlo
