Excavator Operator


We are in need of a skilled Excavator Operator to join our team in Isa Town. As an Excavator Operator, you will be responsible for operating heavy machinery to excavate, move and grade earth or other materials according to project specifications. This role requires someone with experience in operating various types of excavators and a strong understanding of safety regulations and procedures.

Responsibilities:
- Operate and maintain excavators of various sizes to complete tasks such as digging trenches, loading trucks, and clearing debris
- Follow project plans and specifications to accurately excavate and grade earth or other materials
- Ensure proper care and maintenance of equipment to prevent breakdowns or delays
- Adhere to all safety regulations and procedures for the protection of yourself, fellow workers, and the environment
- Communicate effectively with team members to coordinate tasks and ensure efficient workflow

Requirements:
- Proven experience as an Excavator Operator, preferably in a construction setting
- Proficient in operating various types of excavators such as backhoes, bulldozers, or front-end loaders
- Strong understanding of safety regulations and procedures for operating heavy machinery
- Ability to read project plans and specifications to accurately complete tasks
- Physical stamina and ability to work long hours in outdoor conditions
- Valid driver's license and clean driving record
