Machine Operator - Nakuru, Kenya


We are seeking a skilled and driven Machine Operator to join our team in Nakuru, Kenya. As a Machine Operator, you will be responsible for setting up, operating and maintaining various types of machinery in our production facility. This is a full-time position with a salary of 1300$ per month.

Responsibilities:
- Set up and operate production machinery according to company standards and safety guidelines
- Monitor machine operations to ensure quality and efficiency
- Troubleshoot any machine malfunctions and perform basic maintenance as needed
- Inspect finished products for defects and ensure they meet quality standards
- Keep accurate records of production output and equipment maintenance
- Follow all safety protocols and maintain a clean work environment

Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Proven experience as a Machine Operator or similar role in a manufacturing setting
- Strong mechanical aptitude and ability to read blueprints/diagrams
- Good problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
- Physically fit to handle long periods of standing, bending, twisting, and lifting heavy objects
- Knowledge of basic computer skills is preferred
