Contract IT Manager - Lisbon, Portugal

We are seeking an experienced and highly skilled IT Manager to join our team on a contract basis in Lisbon, Portugal. As the IT Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of our company's information technology systems and infrastructure.

Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement IT strategies and policies to support the overall business objectives
- Manage and maintain all hardware, software, and network systems to ensure optimal performance and security
- Identify areas for improvement and implement new technologies to enhance efficiency and productivity
- Oversee the management of IT projects from planning to execution, ensuring deadlines are met and budgets are adhered to
- Train and supervise IT staff, providing guidance and support as needed
- Collaborate with other departments to understand their technology needs and provide solutions accordingly

Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field
- Minimum of 5 years experience in an Information Technology management role
- Experience with hardware, software, networking, security, and cloud computing
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage a team effectively
- Excellent problem-solving skills with a strategic mindset
- Fluent in English (Portuguese language skills preferred but not required)

This is a contract position with visa sponsorship available for non-EU candidates. The salary for this role is 1400$ per month.
