IT Manager



We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced IT Manager to join our team in Lisbon. As the IT Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of our company's information technology systems and infrastructure. Your role will involve managing a team of IT professionals, ensuring the smooth operation of all technology systems, and making strategic decisions to improve efficiency and productivity.

Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage a team of IT professionals, including hiring, training, and performance evaluations
- Oversee the implementation and maintenance of all information technology systems, including hardware, software, networks, and security measures
- Monitor system performance and troubleshoot any issues that arise
- Develop strategies to improve the overall efficiency and effectiveness of our technology systems
- Keep up-to-date with new technologies and make recommendations for their integration into our systems
- Collaborate with other departments to understand their technology needs and provide solutions to meet those needs
- Ensure compliance with data privacy regulations and implement appropriate security measures
- Manage the budget for the IT department and make strategic decisions to optimize spending

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Information Technology or related field
- Proven experience as an IT Manager or similar role
- Strong knowledge of hardware, software, networks, and security protocols
- Experience managing a team of IT professionals
- Excellent problem-solving skills with the ability to handle complex technical issues
- Strong communication skills with the ability to effectively communicate technical information to non-technical stakeholders

Salary:
This is a contract job with a salary of $1300 per month.

Location:
This position is based in Lisbon. While we prefer candidates who are already located in Lisbon or willing to relocate at their own expense, we are open to considering remote candidates as well.
