IT Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced IT Manager to join our team in Lisbon. As the IT Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the organization's information technology systems, infrastructure, and operations. Your primary goal will be to ensure that our technology is running smoothly and efficiently to support the company's objectives.

Responsibilities:
- Manage all aspects of the organization's information technology systems, including hardware, software, networks, and security.
- Develop and implement strategic plans for the use of technology to support the company's goals.
- Oversee the installation, configuration, maintenance, and upgrading of all IT systems.
- Monitor system performance and troubleshoot issues as they arise.
- Ensure data security and disaster recovery plans are in place and regularly tested.
- Manage relationships with external vendors and service providers.
- Stay updated on new technologies and make recommendations for improvements to current systems.
- Train employees on proper use of technology systems.
- Develop and maintain IT policies and procedures.

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology or related field.
- Proven experience as an IT Manager or similar role.
- Strong knowledge of network administration, databases, operating systems, and security protocols.
- Experience managing cloud-based systems is preferred.
- Excellent problem-solving skills with a strong attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively with a team.
- Good project management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
- Excellent communication skills.

Salary: 1600$ per month

Location: Lisbon (Portugal)

Employment type: Part-time
