Registered Nurse



As a Registered Nurse in Funchal, you will play a crucial role in providing high-quality patient care. You will be responsible for assessing patient needs, developing and implementing care plans, administering medications and treatments, and collaborating with other healthcare professionals to ensure the best possible outcomes for patients.

Your main duties and responsibilities will include:

- Conducting initial assessments of patients' physical, emotional, and mental health
- Developing individualized care plans based on patient needs
- Administering medications and treatments according to established protocols
- Monitoring patients' progress and responding to changes in their condition
- Collaborating with other healthcare professionals to coordinate care for patients
- Providing education and support to patients and their families
- Maintaining accurate and up-to-date medical records
- Adhering to all safety standards and infection control procedures

To be successful in this role, you must have a degree in Nursing from an accredited institution. You must also hold a valid nursing license in Funchal. Previous experience as a Registered Nurse is preferred but not required.
