As an Online Consultant, you will be responsible for providing expert advice and support to clients through various online platforms. Your main goal will be to assist clients in making informed decisions and resolving any issues they may encounter. You must have excellent communication skills, as well as a strong understanding of the products or services offered by our company. This is an urgent position that requires immediate availability.
Key Responsibilities:
- Communicate with clients through online channels such as chat, email, and video conferencing
- Provide knowledgeable and timely responses to client inquiries and concerns
- Assist clients in navigating the company's website and online services
- Proactively identify opportunities to upsell or cross-sell products or services to clients
- Maintain accurate records of all client interactions and transactions
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent experience
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in customer service or a similar role
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English (additional languages are a plus)
- Familiarity with online communication tools and platforms
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to think on your feet
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
