Construction Manager
We are in search of a skilled and experienced Construction Manager to join our team in Monte-Carlo. As a Construction Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing and managing all aspects of the construction process, from planning to completion. This is a full-time position that requires prior experience in the construction industry.
Responsibilities:
- Plan and oversee construction projects from start to finish
- Manage project budget, schedule, and resources effectively
- Coordinate with architects, engineers, and subcontractors to ensure project specifications are met
- Monitor progress and ensure quality standards are maintained
- Communicate effectively with clients, stakeholders, and team members
- Address any issues or delays promptly and find solutions to keep the project on track
- Ensure compliance with all safety regulations and protocols on site
Requirements:
- Minimum of 5 years experience as a Construction Manager or similar role
- Bachelor's degree in Construction Management or related field preferred
- Strong knowledge of construction processes, building codes, and regulations
- Excellent organizational and time-management skills
- Ability to read blueprints and understand technical drawings
- Proficient in MS Office Suite
- Excellent communication skills
- Ability to work well under pressure
Salary:
We offer a competitive salary of 1400$ per month for this position.
