Job Title: Glazier Supervisor


We are in need of a skilled and experienced Glazier Supervisor to join our team in La-Condamine. As a Glazier Supervisor, you will be responsible for overseeing and managing a team of glaziers to ensure high-quality work and timely completion of projects.

Responsibilities:
- Supervise and coordinate the work of glaziers to ensure efficient use of time and resources
- Train new glaziers on proper techniques, safety protocols, and company standards
- Assign tasks and schedules to team members based on project deadlines and workload
- Inspect completed work for quality control and compliance with project specifications
- Order materials and supplies as needed for projects
- Communicate with clients to provide updates on project progress and address any concerns or issues
- Ensure all safety regulations are followed by the team at all times
- Keep accurate records of work hours, materials used, and project progress

Requirements:
- Minimum of 5 years experience as a Glazier in a supervisory role
- Extensive knowledge of glass cutting, installation, repair, and replacement techniques
- Ability to read blueprints and follow project plans accurately
- Excellent leadership skills with the ability to motivate and guide team members towards success
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to producing high-quality work
- Good communication skills for interacting with team members, clients, and suppliers
- Ability to work independently as well as in a team environment
- Biometric passport is required
- Must be willing to live in provided accommodation

Salary:
We offer a competitive salary of $1800 per month for this position.

Location:
This position is based in La-Condamine. While we prefer local candidates, we are open to candidates from any nationality who have the necessary qualifications.
