Junior Barista


We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Junior Barista to join our team at a bustling café in Svalbard. As a Junior Barista, you will have the opportunity to learn and develop your skills in the art of coffee making while providing exceptional customer service. This is an entry-level position suitable for freshers who are passionate about the coffee industry.

Responsibilities:
- Prepare and serve a variety of coffee beverages, including espresso, cappuccinos, lattes, and more
- Ensure consistent quality in every drink served
- Provide friendly and efficient customer service
- Take orders and handle cash transactions accurately
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the café area
- Assist with inventory management and restocking supplies

Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous experience in a customer service role is preferred but not required
- Passion for coffee and willingness to learn about different brewing methods
- Good communication skills and ability to work well in a team environment
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays

Salary:
Starting salary for this position is 1400$ per month.
