Entry-Level Restaurant Manager


We are excited to offer an opportunity for an Entry-Level Restaurant Manager to join our team in Al-Malikiyah. This full-time position offers a competitive salary of 900$, with the added benefit of accommodation provided.

As an Entry-Level Restaurant Manager, you will work closely with the experienced management team to learn all aspects of running a successful restaurant. This is an ideal role for someone without previous experience in restaurant management, but with a passion for the industry and a willingness to learn.

Responsibilities:
- Assist in managing daily operations including staff scheduling, inventory management, and customer service
- Learn and implement company policies and procedures to ensure smooth and efficient operations
- Provide support to front-of-house and back-of-house staff as needed
- Oversee food quality and presentation, ensuring consistency and high standards are met
- Help maintain a clean, organized, and inviting dining environment for guests
- Gain knowledge of financial aspects such as budgeting, cost control, and profitability

Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional education or training in hospitality or business is a plus
- Strong communication skills in English (Arabic is also preferred)
- Ability to work well under pressure and prioritize tasks effectively
- Attention to detail and excellent problem-solving skills
- Flexibility to work weekends, evenings, and holidays as needed
