Indian Restaurant Manager in Acre, Israel
Our restaurant in Acre, Israel is seeking a skilled and experienced Indian Restaurant Manager to join our team. As the Restaurant Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of the restaurant operations including staff management, customer service, inventory management, and financial planning. The ideal candidate will have prior experience in a similar role and possess strong leadership skills.
Responsibilities:
- Manage all staff members and ensure they are properly trained and performing their duties effectively
- Monitor inventory levels and place orders as needed to maintain adequate supply
- Oversee customer service to ensure all guests have a positive experience
- Develop and implement strategies to increase sales and revenue
- Create schedules for staff members to ensure adequate coverage during peak hours
- Handle any customer complaints or issues in a professional manner
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the restaurant at all times
- Prepare financial reports and manage budgets to ensure profitability
Requirements:
- Must be of Indian nationality with experience working in Indian restaurants
- Minimum of 3 years experience as a Restaurant Manager or similar role
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage a team effectively
- Excellent communication skills in English (Hebrew/Arabic language skills are a plus)
- Knowledge of food safety regulations and procedures
- Ability to work flexible hours including evenings, weekends, and holidays
Salary: $1300/month (negotiable based on experience)
