Architectural Designer - Shan, India


We are seeking a talented and experienced Architectural Designer to join our team in Shan, India. As an Architectural Designer, you will be responsible for creating designs and plans for various construction projects. Your creativity and attention to detail will play a crucial role in bringing our clients' visions to life. This is an urgent job opportunity and candidates with prior experience in architectural design are preferred.

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Architecture or related field
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in architectural design
- Proficient in AutoCAD, Adobe Creative Suite, and other design software
- Strong understanding of building codes and regulations
- Excellent communication skills and ability to work collaboratively with team members
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Fluent in English (Hindi or other local languages is a plus)
- Must be able to work without accommodation

Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with clients to understand their project requirements and preferences
- Create detailed designs, including floor plans, elevations, sections, and 3D models using AutoCAD or other design software
- Ensure designs comply with building codes and regulations
- Work closely with engineers to incorporate structural elements into designs
- Communicate effectively with contractors during the construction process to ensure designs are implemented correctly
- Keep up-to-date with industry trends and advancements in design technology

Salary:
We offer a competitive salary of 1200$ per month for this position.
