Teamlead - English Speaking (Remote)
We are hiring a Teamlead to join our growing team and oversee our English-speaking department. As a Teamlead, you will be responsible for managing and coordinating the daily operations of our team, ensuring high-quality work and excellent customer service. This is a remote position, open to candidates from Canada or Nepal.
Responsibilities:
- Lead and supervise our English-speaking team, including conducting performance evaluations and providing feedback
- Create schedules and assign tasks to team members to ensure efficient workflow
- Train new team members on company policies, procedures, and customer service standards
- Monitor team performance and provide coaching and support as needed
- Communicate with other departments to ensure smooth collaboration and effective problem-solving
- Handle escalated customer inquiries or issues in a timely and professional manner
- Analyze data to identify areas for improvement and implement strategies for increased productivity and customer satisfaction
Requirements:
- Previous experience in a leadership or supervisory role
- Native-level fluency in English
- Excellent communication skills
- Strong organizational skills and ability to multitask
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office
- Ability to work independently in a remote setting
- Flexibility with working hours as needed
Salary:
$1300 USD per month
