Team Lead - Operations (Malayalee)
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Team Lead to join our operations team in Mauren, a city known for its vibrant Malayalee community. As the Team Lead, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our company, ensuring efficiency and productivity while maintaining high-quality standards.
Responsibilities:
- Manage and lead a team of employees, providing guidance, support, and motivation to achieve goals
- Monitor and improve operational processes, identifying areas for optimization and implementing new strategies
- Conduct regular performance evaluations and provide feedback to team members
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure smooth workflow and effective communication
- Train new employees on company policies, procedures, and systems
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure satisfaction and retention
Requirements:
- Minimum 3 years of experience in an operations role, preferably in a similar industry
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage a team
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Proven track record of improving operational processes and achieving results
- Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines
- Fluent in Malayalam (Malayalee preferred) with basic knowledge of English
