Temporary Restaurant Manager

We are in need of a skilled and experienced Temporary Restaurant Manager for our busy restaurant in Alta. As a Temporary Restaurant Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of the restaurant, ensuring efficient and effective service delivery, managing staff, and maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee all aspects of the restaurant's operations, including food quality, service standards, and financial performance.
- Ensure that all health and safety regulations are adhered to.
- Develop and implement strategies to increase revenue and profitability.
- Manage inventory levels and control costs.
- Recruit, train, schedule, and supervise staff to maintain high levels of productivity and efficiency.
- Provide exceptional customer service by promptly addressing any issues or concerns that may arise.
- Plan and coordinate events or promotions to attract new customers and retain existing ones.
- Collaborate with the kitchen team to create new menu items or make changes to existing ones based on customer feedback.

Requirements:
- Minimum of 2 years experience as a Restaurant Manager or similar role.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage a diverse team.
- Excellent communication skills in English (knowledge of other languages is an asset).
- Knowledge of food safety regulations.
- Proven track record of increasing sales and profitability.
- Ability to work flexible hours including weekends and evenings.

Salary:
The salary for this temporary position is $1300 per month.
