Restaurant Manager (Alta, Norway)



We are hiring a skilled and experienced Restaurant Manager to oversee the daily operations of our restaurant located in Alta, Norway. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in the restaurant industry with at least 3 years of management experience.

As a Restaurant Manager, you will be responsible for maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction, managing and training staff, developing and implementing business strategies, and ensuring the smooth running of all operations within the restaurant.

Responsibilities:
- Manage all aspects of the restaurant including budgeting, inventory control, and staff scheduling
- Train and supervise staff to ensure quality service and adherence to company policies
- Develop and implement marketing strategies to increase sales and attract new customers
- Maintain high levels of customer satisfaction by promptly addressing any concerns or complaints
- Monitor food quality and ensure compliance with health and safety regulations
- Collaborate with kitchen staff to develop new menu items and specials
- Handle administrative tasks such as payroll, ordering supplies, and managing expenses

Requirements:
- Minimum of 3 years experience in restaurant management
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage a team
- Excellent communication skills in English (Norwegian language skills preferred)
- Knowledge of food safety regulations and best practices
- Proven track record of increasing sales and meeting financial targets
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail

Education:
A degree or diploma in hospitality or culinary arts is preferred but not required.

Salary:
We offer a competitive salary starting at 1800$ per month based on experience.
