We are a leading technology company seeking an experienced IT Support Specialist to join our team in Monte-Carlo. This is a contract position with a competitive salary of 1000$ per month.

As an IT Support Specialist, you will be responsible for providing technical support and troubleshooting services to our clients. This includes installing and configuring computer systems, diagnosing hardware and software issues, and providing remote assistance to users. You will also be responsible for maintaining and updating computer systems and networks.

To be successful in this role, you must have at least 2 years of experience in a similar position. A degree in computer science or a related field is preferred but not required. Knowledge of Windows and Mac operating systems is essential, as well as experience with troubleshooting hardware and software issues.

In addition to technical skills, we are looking for someone who has excellent communication and customer service skills. You must be able to explain technical information in non-technical terms and provide support to users with varying levels of technical knowledge.

This is a contract position that may require some on-call work outside of regular business hours. Accommodation will be provided.
