IT Support Specialist - Monte-Carlo, Monaco


We are seeking a highly skilled IT Support Specialist to join our team in Monte-Carlo. As an IT Support Specialist, you will be responsible for providing technical support to our clients and maintaining the smooth operation of their computer systems. Your primary role will be to troubleshoot and resolve hardware and software issues, install and configure computer systems, and provide training to users.

Responsibilities:
- Provide technical support to clients via phone, email, or in person
- Troubleshoot and resolve hardware and software issues
- Install and configure computer systems, including operating systems and applications
- Maintain accurate records of all support requests and resolutions
- Provide training to clients on how to use computer systems effectively
- Collaborate with other IT team members to ensure smooth operation of networks and systems
- Stay updated on new technologies and industry trends in order to provide the best support possible

Requirements:
- At least 2 years of experience as an IT Support Specialist or similar role
- Excellent knowledge of computer hardware, software, networking, and operating systems
- Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to troubleshoot complex technical issues
- Good communication skills with the ability to explain technical concepts in simple terms
- Customer-oriented mindset with a focus on providing high-quality support services
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment

Salary:
We offer a competitive salary of 1600$ per month for this full-time position.

Location:
