Technical Support Specialist

We are hiring a Technical Support Specialist to join our team in Dickirch, Canada. As a Technical Support Specialist, you will be responsible for providing technical assistance to our clients and customers. This is a contract position with visa sponsorship available for the right candidate.

Responsibilities:
- Respond to technical support inquiries via phone, email, or chat
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to computer hardware, software, and peripherals
- Install and configure software and hardware for clients
- Collaborate with other team members to identify and solve complex technical problems
- Document all support interactions in our system
- Stay up-to-date on industry trends and advancements in technology

Requirements:
- Previous experience in a technical support role
- Knowledge of computer hardware, software, and peripherals
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team

Education:
A Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field is preferred.

Salary:
$1300 per month.

Location:
This position is located in Dickirch, Canada. Visa sponsorship is available for non-Canadian candidates.
