Job Title: Data Analytics Specialist - Ufa, Russia


We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Data Analytics Specialist to join our growing team in Ufa, Russia. As a Data Analytics Specialist, you will be responsible for collecting, analyzing, and interpreting large amounts of data to help drive business decisions and strategies. This position requires strong analytical skills, as well as the ability to communicate complex data findings in a clear and concise manner.

Responsibilities:
- Collect and organize large datasets from various sources
- Use statistical methods to analyze data and identify trends and patterns
- Create data visualizations and reports to present findings to stakeholders
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business needs and provide insights
- Develop predictive models to forecast future trends and patterns
- Identify areas for improvement in data collection and analysis processes

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Mathematics, Statistics, Computer Science or related field
- Proven experience working with large datasets and conducting statistical analysis
- Proficient in SQL, Python or other programming languages for data manipulation
- Strong knowledge of data mining techniques and software (e.g. Tableau)
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to present complex data findings in a simple manner

Salary: 1500$ per month (negotiable based on experience)
