We are seeking a skilled and experienced Welder to join our team in Ashdod. As a Welder, you will be responsible for assembling and repairing metal structures and equipment by using various welding techniques. This is a contract job with a salary of 1300$, and it does not require English proficiency or previous experience. However, preference will be given to Indian nationals. This position does not include accommodation, but we offer free visa and ticket for the selected candidate.

In this role, you will need to have strong technical skills and the ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings. You should also have knowledge of different welding techniques such as MIG, TIG, and stick welding. Attention to detail, physical strength, and manual dexterity are important qualities for this job.

Responsibilities:
- Read and interpret technical drawings to determine the best welding technique
- Assemble metal structures by using various welding techniques
- Repair damaged or broken metal components
- Cut, shape, and bend metal pieces using different tools
- Inspect completed welds for quality assurance
- Follow safety procedures at all times
- Maintain clean and organized work area

Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Welder or similar role
- Familiarity with different welding techniques (MIG, TIG, stick)
- Ability to read and interpret technical drawings
- Physical strength and manual dexterity
- Attention to detail
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Basic understanding of safety procedures
- Indian nationality preferred
