Hotel Sales Manager
We are currently seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Hotel Sales Manager to join our team in Almada. The ideal candidate will have strong sales and negotiation skills, as well as a deep understanding of the hospitality industry. This role is suitable for individuals without experience and we are open to providing visa sponsorship for the right candidate.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement strategic sales plans to increase revenue and occupancy rates
- Identify new business opportunities and develop relationships with potential clients
- Maintain existing client relationships through regular communication and account management
- Negotiate contracts and pricing with clients to ensure profitability for the hotel
- Collaborate with other departments within the hotel to ensure a seamless guest experience
- Stay updated on industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activities
- Prepare and present sales reports to senior management
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management or related field (preferred)
- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets in a hotel or similar setting
- Familiarity with revenue management principles and techniques
- Ability to work independently as well as in a team environment
- Fluency in English (additional languages are a plus)
- Willingness to work flexible hours including evenings, weekends, and holidays
