Job Title: Concierge Supervisor



We are seeking a highly organized and customer-oriented Concierge Supervisor to join our team in Alta, Norway. As a Concierge Supervisor, you will oversee the daily operations of our concierge department and ensure that our guests receive exceptional service throughout their stay.

Responsibilities:
- Manage a team of concierges, including hiring, training, and scheduling
- Develop and maintain relationships with local vendors and businesses to provide guests with the best recommendations for dining, activities, and services
- Coordinate guest requests such as transportation arrangements, restaurant reservations, and event tickets
- Handle guest complaints and resolve any issues in a timely manner
- Monitor inventory of supplies and equipment for the concierge department
- Create and maintain policies and procedures for the concierge department to ensure efficient operations

Requirements:
- Minimum 2 years of experience in a similar role at a luxury hotel or resort
- Excellent communication skills in English (knowledge of other languages is a plus)
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage a team
- Excellent organizational skills with attention to detail
- Knowledge of local attractions, restaurants, and events in Alta is preferred
- Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously with grace under pressure

Salary: 1600$ per month (negotiable based on experience)
Location: Alta, Norway (candidates must have legal authorization to work in Norway)
