Waiter/Waitress

We are currently hiring for the position of waiter/waitress at our restaurant in Plovdiv. As a waiter/waitress, you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service to our guests by taking orders, serving food and drinks, and ensuring a pleasant dining experience. This is an ideal job for Filipinos or foreigners with experience in the hospitality industry and a passion for providing exceptional service.

Responsibilities:
- Greet and seat customers in a friendly and professional manner
- Take food and drink orders accurately and efficiently
- Deliver food and drinks to tables in a timely manner
- Check on customers throughout their meal to ensure satisfaction
- Handle any customer inquiries or complaints promptly and professionally
- Process payments using POS system
- Maintain cleanliness of dining area and assist with basic cleaning duties as needed

Requirements:
- Previous experience as a waiter/waitress preferred
- Excellent customer service skills
- Fluent in English (additional language skills are a plus)
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Must have own valid visa/work permit
- Must be able to work flexible hours including evenings, weekends, and holidays

We offer competitive salary of 1400$ per month plus tips.
