Waiter/Waitress

We are currently seeking experienced Waiters/Waitresses to join our team at a busy restaurant in Plovdiv, Egypt. The ideal candidate will have previous experience in a similar role, with excellent customer service skills and the ability to work well under pressure.

Responsibilities:
- Greet and seat customers in a friendly and efficient manner
- Take food and drink orders accurately and promptly
- Serve food and drinks to customers in a timely manner
- Ensure tables are cleared and cleaned after use
- Handle customer complaints or concerns with professionalism
- Work closely with kitchen staff to ensure orders are prepared correctly
- Upsell menu items and promote specials to customers
- Handle cash transactions accurately and maintain a balanced cash register
- Maintain a clean and organized work environment

Requirements:
- Previous experience as a waiter/waitress preferred
- Must be fluent in English, other languages are a plus
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment
- Must be able to stand for extended periods of time
- Must be able to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays
