Typesetter

We are seeking a skilled Typesetter to join our publishing team in Siauliai. As a Typesetter, you will be responsible for formatting text and images into visually appealing layouts for print and digital publications. Your attention to detail and ability to work efficiently under tight deadlines will be crucial in this role.

Responsibilities:
- Format text and images according to design templates for print and digital publications
- Ensure accuracy of spelling, grammar, and punctuation
- Collaborate with editors, designers, and other team members to ensure cohesive design and layout
- Keep up-to-date with industry standards and best practices for typesetting
- Manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting tight deadlines
- Communicate effectively with team members to ensure project requirements are met

Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Typesetter or in a similar role
- Proficient in Adobe InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator, and other typesetting software
- Strong attention to detail and excellent proofreading skills
- Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent communication skills in English (knowledge of Lithuanian is a plus)
- Biometric passport or eligibility to work in Lithuania without sponsorship
- Experience with foreign language typesetting is preferred but not required

Salary: 1100$ per month (negotiable based on experience)

Location: Siauliai, Lithuania (remote work may be considered)
