Dietitian - Contract Position in Svalbard



We are seeking a highly qualified and experienced Dietitian to join our team on a contract basis in Svalbard. As a Dietitian, you will be responsible for providing nutrition counseling and support to our clients, as well as developing personalized meal plans and monitoring their progress.

Key Responsibilities:
- Conducting assessments of clients' nutritional needs and creating personalized meal plans based on their dietary requirements and health goals
- Providing education and counseling on nutrition, healthy eating habits, and lifestyle changes
- Monitoring clients' progress and making necessary adjustments to their meal plans
- Collaborating with other healthcare professionals to ensure integrated care for clients with complex health conditions
- Conducting group educational sessions on various nutrition topics
- Staying up-to-date with the latest research and developments in the field of dietetics

Requirements:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Nutrition or Dietetics from an accredited institution
- At least 3 years of experience working as a Dietitian in a clinical setting
- In-depth knowledge of nutrition principles, food science, and medical nutrition therapy
- Strong communication skills and ability to build rapport with clients from diverse backgrounds
- Experience working with individuals with chronic diseases is preferred
- Must be able to work independently as well as part of a multidisciplinary team

This is a contract position with a competitive salary of $1300 per month. In addition, we offer free visa sponsorship and round-trip ticket to Svalbard.
