Baker Assistant

We are a renowned bakery in Ar Rumaythiyah, known for our delicious and freshly baked goods. We are currently seeking a Baker Assistant to join our team. This is a full-time job opportunity with a salary of 1200$. As an assistant, you will assist the head baker in preparing and baking various breads, pastries, and other baked goods.

Responsibilities:
- Help prepare ingredients for baking according to recipes
- Assist in measuring and mixing ingredients
- Roll, cut, and shape dough as per instructions
- Monitor ovens and adjust temperature as necessary
- Decorate pastries and breads as directed by the head baker
- Clean work stations and equipment after each shift

Requirements:
- No prior experience required, but basic knowledge of baking techniques is preferred
- Ability to follow recipes accurately
- Must be physically fit to stand for long periods of time and lift heavy ingredients/equipment
- Willingness to learn new techniques and recipes from the head baker
- Good time-management skills to ensure timely completion of orders
- Attention to detail for proper measurements and presentation of baked goods
