Excavator Operator



We are in need of an experienced Excavator Operator to join our team in Manama. As an Excavator Operator, you will be responsible for operating heavy equipment to excavate, move, and grade earth or other materials during construction projects.

Responsibilities:
- Operate and maintain various types of excavators including hydraulic, mini, and large excavators
- Read and interpret construction plans to determine excavation locations and depths
- Use hand signals or radio communication to direct the movements of the excavator
- Perform routine maintenance on equipment such as lubricating, refueling, and cleaning
- Inspect equipment before each use to ensure it is in safe operating condition
- Coordinate with other workers on the job site to ensure efficient completion of projects
- Adhere to all safety guidelines and regulations on the job site

Requirements:
- Proven experience as an Excavator Operator in a construction or similar setting
- Valid operator’s license for heavy equipment operation
- Knowledge of various types of excavators and their functions
- Ability to read and interpret construction plans
- Physical ability to sit for long periods of time, climb in and out of equipment, and perform manual labor tasks as needed
- Good hand-eye coordination and depth perception for operating heavy machinery accurately
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions closely

Salary:
The salary for this position is 1000$ per month.

Location:
This position is based in Manama, although we are open to considering candidates from outside the city if they are willing to relocate.

Accommodation:
This position does not include accommodation. Candidates must have their own housing arrangements.

Visa:
Candidates must have a valid visa that allows them to work in Manama.
