Gardener - Muharraq, Bahrain


We are seeking a skilled Gardener to join our team in Muharraq, Bahrain. As a Gardener, you will be responsible for maintaining the gardens and outdoor spaces of our clients to ensure they are healthy, well-maintained, and aesthetically pleasing. This position requires someone with a strong knowledge of plants, excellent attention to detail, and the ability to work independently.

Key Responsibilities:
- Perform regular maintenance tasks such as watering, pruning, fertilizing, and weeding to keep gardens in optimal condition.
- Plant new flowers, shrubs, trees or other plants as needed or requested by clients.
- Monitor plants for pests and diseases and take appropriate action to prevent or treat them.
- Maintain garden equipment and tools to ensure they are in good working condition.
- Provide guidance and advice to clients on plant selection, care instructions, and garden design.
- Keep accurate records of gardening tasks completed and materials used.

Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Gardener or similar role.
- Strong knowledge of various plants including their care requirements and growth patterns.
- Ability to work independently without supervision.
- Excellent attention to detail with the ability to maintain high standards for garden appearance.
- Physical stamina and strength for performing various gardening tasks such as lifting heavy objects and working outdoors in varying weather conditions.
- Good communication skills with the ability to interact professionally with clients.

Salary:
We offer a competitive salary of $1300 per month for this full-time position. In addition, you will have access to any necessary tools or equipment needed for your job duties.

Location:
This position is located in Muharraq, Bahrain. However, preference will be given to candidates who are already living in Bahrain or have experience working in similar climate conditions.
