Team Leader

As a Team Leader in our company located in Vianden, you will be responsible for leading a team of professionals to achieve business objectives and deliver high-quality results. Your role will require strong leadership skills, ability to motivate and guide team members, and ensure efficient and effective workflow.

Responsibilities:
- Lead a team of professionals in achieving business objectives and project goals
- Assign tasks and responsibilities to team members based on their strengths and skillset
- Monitor team performance and provide regular feedback, coaching, and support for improvement
- Ensure timely completion of projects within budget constraints
- Collaborate with other teams to ensure smooth workflow and project delivery
- Develop strategies to improve team efficiency and productivity
- Identify training needs for team members and provide necessary resources for their development

Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Team Leader or similar role
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and guide team members towards success
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills
- Knowledge of project management principles
- Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field

Salary: 1500$ per month (negotiable based on experience)
Contract job: This is a full-time contract position for 1 year with possibility of extension.
Experience: Previous experience as a Team Leader is preferred but not required. We welcome candidates with the right attitude, willingness to learn, and ability to lead.
